The fall is coming to an end in great strides. The wind is blowing the last of the leaves off the trees, and the mornings are more frosty, more cold, and more wintery with every day. Soon, very soon, nature will come to a calm, white standstill… and it is with this monochromatic calm of winter that this Forest Reflection Shawl was knit.
The shawl was knitted according to the design created by Marina Gorshtein.
For this shawl, I used Midara Angora2 yarn : 50% mohair 30% acryl, 20% virgin wool. 100g/750m.
The shawl was knitted on circular lace knitting needles – 3mm.
Ruduo ryžtingai artėja link pabaigos. Vėjas baigia plėšti paskutinius spalvingus lapus, o rytais vis dažniau kanda šaltukas. Jau greit, labai greit, gamta nurims, pablykš visos spalvos…
Galvojant apie monochromiškus žiemos atspalvius ir buvo numegzta nauja skara “Miško atspindys”.
Skara buvo numegzta pagal Marinos Gorštein sukurtą raštą.
Siūlai – Midara Angora2. Sudėtis: 50% – moheris, 30% – akrilanas, 20% – jauna vilna. 100g = 750 metrų.
Mezgiau 3mm virbalais su valu.
