When my daughters were younger and were reading Harry Potter, there was a phase when they wanted me to make them an invisibility cloak. This is what this shawl makes me think of- an invisibility cloak. The vibrant purple at the top dissipates towards the bottom… I guess I can now steal all the cookies in the world :).
To create this pattern I borrowed a few rows from design created by Alexandra Tavel.
The Shawl was made of YarnArt Flowers Moonlight Glitter Cotton Yarn: 53% cotton 43% polyacryl 4% lurex. 260g/1000m. Color no. 3264.
And again – it’s not very well visible in photos, but the yarn has subtle glitter incorporated which elevates the look just that little bit more.
Crocheted with a 3,5mm crochet hook.
Kažkada, kai mano dukros skaitė Harį Poterį, jos norėjo, kad pasiūčiau joms nematomą apsiaustą. Kažkodėl mano “Bevardė” skara man asocijuojasi būtent su juo. Ryški violetinė spalva šalio viršuje visiškai ištirpsta jo pakraščiuose.
Šaliui sukurti, “pasiskolinau” kelias pasikartojančias eiles iš skaros rašto, kurį sukūrė Alexandra Tavel.

Nuotraukose sunkiai pastebima, bet siūlai, dėl juose įpinto blizgučio, suteikia skarai subtilų blizgesį.
