12 years ago, when I first became interested in knitting scarves, almost everyone online was making: the Haruni, the Aeolian, the Gail, the Laminaria, the Echo Flower, and the Frozen Leaves pattern shawls. There were so many pictures of these patterns online but I somehow just never got round to trying them. And now, just a few weeks back I remembered about these once-internet famous patterns. Thus, I present to you my latest creation: the “Frozen Leaves” shawl according to the pattern by Anuslos.

For this shawl, I used just a bit more than 1 ball of Alize Angora Gold yarn: 80% – acrylic, 20% – wool. 100g=550m=601yds. Color – 514.

The shawl was knitted on circular lace knitting needles – 4mm and 4,5mm.

Prieš kokių 12 metų, kai tik susidomėjau skarų/šalių mezgimu, buvo labai populiarūs raštai: Haruni, Aeolian, Gail, Laminaria, Echo Flower ir Sušalę lapai. Minėtų skarų buvo tiek daug, kad šiuos raštus išbandyti visai nesinorėjo ir apie juos aš prisiminiau tik dabar. Šiandien norėčiau pasigirti nedidele skara numegzta “Sušalę lapai” raštu. Rašto autorė – Anuslos.

Skarai prireikė kiek daugiau nei vieno kamuoliuko siūlų: Alize Angora Gold. Sudėtis: 80% – akrilas, 20% – vilna. 100g=550 metrų. Spalva – 514.

Numegzta 4mm ir 4,5mm virbalais su valu.

Crocheted with a 3mm crochet hook.
